Refund & Return Policy

At Shop CIE Instruments, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product received is damaged
• Wrong product was delivered
• Product has manufacturing defects

Return Request Timeline

Customers must report return issues within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Used or damaged products by customer
• Products without original packaging
• Products damaged due to improper handling

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method.

Replacement

Where possible, replacement products may be provided instead of refunds.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
